Yes. The water resistance of leg and arm buddy do just that. The wrist buddy acts as a ‚paddle‘, and the long leg has a drag factor that helps build up muscle tone.

Wipe outside with a soft cloth, leave to air naturally. Do not place your buddy on a radiator to dry, or put in a microwave.

There is no specific time limit but remove your buddy each time after use in water. After all, your buddy is only required to prevent water ingress.

In the bath or shower, on holiday in the sea or swimming pool, in rehabilitation treatments such as hydrotherapy and ice baths.
You can even wear your buddy out walking or running inside your footwear to keep your dressing dry. In other words, anywhere your dressing needs to be kept dry.

***If you measure 30 cms, you can use a 30 or 40 cm buddy®, as a general rule over 35cm buy a 40. This is unique to the smaller apertures.***
